Art

I am a self-taught artist too. All I can remember from my childhood is two things: crafting things with whatever materials were available to me (mainly crafting robots with moving parts), and the other one is drawing! And I used to draw a lot. Well, as I was getting older, video games did enter the scene as well, but yeah, let's leave this for now.

I was getting better at drawing things, mainly copying from real life and especially still life. Even my high school art teacher strongly suggested I should attend the School of Fine Arts. Coming back to today, I really enjoy drawing from whatever I see, and studying perspective, shades and shapes. I still don't have any proper art education, but I do spend a little time watching educational videos or reading art stuff. I primarily use pencils and charcoal, as they challenge me to create black-and-white works that suggest colors to the viewer's eye. I am exhibiting my artworks at a local gallery in Athens, and I have sold some of them as well.
